"Bye-bye"

Little Beam said "Bye bye" to me as I left for work today. It's the first time that she has ever said that to me. She's growing up so fast!!!

Ah... Technology

We ventured out late at night with little Beam to watch the Decatur fireworks. Unfortunately, Nature had reserved that time slot, and we witnessed a torrential thunderstorm instead. So, tonight little Beam is asleep in bed, and I am watching a webcast of the show in Centennial Park in downtown Atlanta as I write this. The sound takes a while to reach us here at the homestead. I'm sure that Sundog will wander out of bed in a little while to try and figure out what is going on.
